AI Analysis & Credits Policy
How the PropNaro analysis works, what it can and cannot determine from photographs, when AI processing starts and how analysis credits are used.
What PropNaro analyzes
- • The visible condition of building elements in the photos you upload: flooring, walls, paint, ceilings, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, visible plumbing and electrical components, exterior, roof where visible and landscaping.
- • Each analyzed photo receives a space and condition assessment, visible features, renovation-relevant issues with severity and a calibrated confidence value, plus property-level recommendations.
- • Personal belongings, furniture, artwork, books and decorations are never treated as renovation work and never affect condition ratings.
Supported property scope
- • PropNaro currently supports residential real-estate properties: single family, multi family, condo and townhouse.
- • Non-residential buildings are outside the supported analysis scope. When the property type is outside scope, the analysis stops before any AI processing happens.
- • Photos that do not show an ordinary residential space may be excluded from the renovation analysis. Excluded photos stay in your private storage and are never deleted.
Analysis is based on visible photo evidence only
- • Findings describe what is visible in the photographs you provide. Nothing is assumed about areas that are not photographed.
- • Confidence values express confidence in the visual interpretation, never certainty about structural integrity, safety, functionality or remaining useful life.
- • PropNaro is not a professional home inspection, appraisal or engineering assessment. Always confirm scope with a licensed inspector or contractor before making a purchase decision.
When AI processing starts
- • AI processing begins only when you explicitly choose to start an analysis on the analysis screen.
- • Uploading photos, previewing photos, assigning rooms, reordering photos, opening the gallery and refreshing a page never trigger AI processing.
- • There are no background or automatic AI runs.
When credits are consumed
- • One complete property analysis costs 1 credit and covers up to 15 photos — the number of photos inside that limit never changes the cost.
- • The applicable credit cost is shown on the start-analysis action before you begin.
- • Credits may only be consumed when you explicitly start an analysis. Uploading, previewing, assigning rooms, reordering or viewing photos never consumes credits.
Limitations of photo-based analysis
- • Hidden conditions behind finished surfaces, inside walls or under flooring cannot be assessed from photos.
- • Photo quality, lighting, framing and coverage directly limit what can be determined.
- • Materials, dimensions, quantities, code compliance and system functionality cannot be verified from photographs.
- • Areas that were not photographed are not represented in the report.
