This policy describes what information PropNaro processes, why we process it, who helps us operate the platform, how long data is kept and how you can request deletion.

1. Scope

  • • This policy explains how PropNaro handles information when you use propnaro.com and the PropNaro application.
  • • It applies to account holders, visitors and anyone who contacts our support address.

2. Information you provide

  • • Account information such as your name, email address and authentication details.
  • • Property information such as address or location details, property type, size, purchase price and expected after-renovation value.
  • • Property photos and other content you upload for analysis.
  • • Support communications, including the messages and any attachments you send us.
  • • Transaction and payment-related information we receive from our payment provider, such as confirmation that a purchase succeeded, the pack purchased and limited billing metadata.

3. Information collected automatically

  • • IP address, approximate location derived from it, device and browser information.
  • • Usage data such as pages viewed, features used, analyses started and timestamps.
  • • Application and server logs, plus security and fraud-prevention signals such as rate-limit and abuse indicators.

4. Why we process information

  • • To create and manage your account and keep you signed in.
  • • To provide property analyses, process uploaded photos and calculate estimates and investment metrics.
  • • To maintain your credit balance and transaction records.
  • • To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
  • • To maintain security, detect and prevent abuse, fraud and misuse of credits.
  • • To monitor and improve service reliability and quality.
  • • To comply with legal, tax and accounting requirements.

5. Payments

  • • Payment card information is processed directly by our third-party payment provider, which may act as merchant of record for the transaction.
  • • PropNaro does not receive or store full payment card details. We store only the transaction records needed to maintain your credit balance and meet legal obligations.

6. AI processing and service providers

  • • Uploaded property photos and related inputs may be processed by third-party AI and infrastructure service providers solely as necessary to provide the analysis you request.
  • • We also use service providers for hosting, database storage, file storage, authentication, email delivery, error monitoring and payments.
  • • Data may therefore be shared with service providers that help operate the platform, subject to applicable contractual and security controls. We do not sell your personal information.
  • • We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety and security of users and the service.

7. Data retention

  • • Account information, property records, uploaded photos and generated analyses are retained while your account is active so you can access your history.
  • • Deleting a property removes its stored photos and associated analysis records from the application.
  • • Logs, security records and transaction records may be retained for longer where needed for security, accounting or legal purposes.

8. Your requests and rights

  • • You can access and update your account information in the application, and delete individual properties, photos and analyses at any time.
  • • You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@propnaro.com from your account email address.
  • • Depending on where you live, you may have certain privacy rights under applicable law, such as requesting access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact us and we will respond in line with applicable law.

9. Security

  • • Accounts are protected by authenticated sessions, and property data and photos are access-controlled so they are scoped to the owning account.
  • • Uploaded photos are stored in private storage and are served through short-lived access links.
  • • No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

10. International data processing

  • • PropNaro and its service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States.
  • • Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on the contractual and security terms in place with our service providers.

11. Cookies and similar technologies

  • • We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to operate the service, such as keeping you signed in and maintaining session state.
  • • We may use limited analytics or error-monitoring technologies to understand reliability and usage. You can control cookies through your browser, but disabling essential cookies will prevent sign-in from working.

12. Children's privacy

  • • PropNaro is intended for adults using it for real estate investment purposes and is not directed to children.
  • • We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support@propnaro.com so we can remove it.

13. Changes to this policy

  • • We may update this policy as the product and our providers evolve. The 'Last updated' date above shows when it was last revised.
  • • Where changes are material, we will make a reasonable effort to notify account holders.
